Founder and President 

 A product of rural economy himself, Prashant has special interest in development of rural economy through betterment of basic amenities. In Prashant's opinion, one of the very first initiatives of the organization focuses on the basic education in rural areas, which would be complemented by initiatives for the betterment of basic health.

In Prashant's opinion, "it is extremely important to take initiatives to strengthen the rural economy and introduce a sense of entrepreneurship in rural areas so that the initiatives for the betterment of basic amenities are permanent and self-progressing."

Vanita Agrawal

  Vanita has an apt interest in social welfare and child education. As the founder member she guides the organization on financial and funding matters.

Rohit Verma

 Currently located in United States, Rohit works on channelizing funds in the most efficient way and keeps himself busy in exploring new sources of funding that could help the organization in long term.

An avid learner, he takes great interest in finding long term solutions to the problems faced by rural India. 

Garima Sobti 

Founder and Vice President, International Affairs 

 A student of Queens school of Business, Canada, Garima is always looking for opportunities to make the world a better place. She takes immense interest in finding alternative methods of rural development by collaborating with individuals and organizations across geographies.  

Rishish Dubey

Founder and Vice President, Operations & Liaison 

Rishish Dubey is a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications from Amity University and has been doing social work for past few years. He has been actively involved in teaching unprivileged children from slums for past four years and, along with his friends,  helped women in slums to understand basic hygienic needs.  

Rishish is a believer of blending modern science with human values. His vision is not just technological development but people empowerment. He hopes for an India where not just development takes place but people are happy and satisfied as well.  

He is a theatre artist and want to promote art in the country. He wants to build an interface which helps talent from the slums, rural areas and provide a platform to those who can not afford to perform or protect their intellectual property before it is stolen.  

In his opinion "Along with materialistic development , a change in thinking process is the need of the hour to achieve development goals". 

Shuchita Parashar

Shuchita has unfailing inputs and vision towards basic education and women health in rural area, that she sees as prime focus areas if we want to progress as developed country. 

Prateek Parasar

Founder Member 

Prateek has profound interest in development of primary and secondary education in rural areas. According to him, we need to spread an overall awareness about multiple career options so that children and their parents are aware right from the beginning.

Prateek is presently located in Cambridge, UK. 

Kapil Jadon

Founder Member

 Kapil adds and amazing sense of operational viability of the programs to the organization. As a founder member, he works on operational plans of programs.
